Heftpflaster oder Sprühpflaster??
 

Hallo leute,

Ich wollte mal eure meinung hören.

Was ist besser, sprüh oder heftpflaster.
Ich persöhnlich nehme sprühpflaster mit, weil mann dafür keine wasserdichte verpackung braucht.
Außerdem halten die meisten heftpflaster nicht besonders gut.

was meint ihr??

Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass Sprühplaster nichts taugen. Keine Absorbion von Blut, mediokre Blutungsstullung und kostet i.d.R. mehr als handelsübliche Heftpflaster. Nichts geht gegen das gute alte Hansaplast

kommt wohl auf die verletzung an, ob sprüh- od heftplaster.

da ich davon ausgehe, das ich mir nur schnittwunden beim handtieren mit den knives zuziehe, habe ich nur eine rolle isoband dabei. das muß reichen bis zur nächsten fachlich-medizinischen betreuung. wenn eine solche überhaupt nötig ist.

Bin auch der Meinung das Sprühpflaster NIX taugen. zumal draufsteht " Nicht auf offene Wunden" Ich denke das ist nur Geld machen.

Würde eher die Heftpflaster nehmen. Bin von den Sprühpflastern überhaupt nicht überzeugt

Ich rate Sprühpflaster, weil es einfach schneller geht besser hält und auch sicherer ist :)

Ich würde auch lieber Heftpflaster nehmen. Sollte es länger und stärker bluten, Mullkompresse und Panzertabe.

Für ne Schürfwunde ist das Sprühpflaster Ideal. Besonders bei größeren Schürfwunden, wo ein Heftpflaster schon zu klein ist.

OK, Bei Medikamenten solltest du mit deinem Hausarzt reden oder zur Apotheke gehen.

Als Desinfektionsmittel würde ich persönlich Jod nehmen, weil man damit auch Wasser Desinfizieren kann. (zur not geht auch was aus dem Schnapsladen )

Zudem Würde ich an deiner stelle mal deinen Arzt nach Antibiotikum fragen. DAS GEHT NUR MIT REZEPT!!!!

Es kommt natürlich immer auf die Wunde an, aber meistens nehme ich die Sprühpflaster von Hansaplast, weils einfacher und schneller geht. Habe manchmal dann auch so Schnitte und Wunden an stellen, wo kein Heftpflaster so richtig halten will! Aber sonst kommt auch mal ein Heftpflaster zum Einsatz. Und vor allem hat man da nicht diese Klebestreifen nocha uf der haut, wenn man das Pflaster abnimmt... Oder ist das nur bei mir so?

Von so einem Spühflaster höre ich gerade zum ersten Mal, wenn ich ehrlich bin!

Das sagt eh schon alles. Ich verwende es bei kleinen Schnittwunden. Das gute alte Pflaster ist manchmal schon störend. Bei größeren Sachen (was nicht oft vorkommt) verwende ich kein Sprühpflaster.

also ich nehme Heftpflaster. bin von sprüpflaster absolut nicht überzeugt. hab mir allerdings auch schon einige male schnitte mit sekundenkleber zugeklebt zum beispiel als ich mir letztens beim bearbeiten von feuerstein die klinge in die Hand gerammt hatte, beim pflaster ists immer wieder aufgegangen und fing wieder zu bluten an beim seckleber war sofort ruhe

finde auch die Heftpflaster sicherer, diese Sprühpflaster sind bei mir einige male irgendwie nicht richtig getrocknet. Ist Sekundenkleber nicht gefährlich wegen den Inhaltsstoffen?

Cyanacrylat wird auch in der Chirurgie verwendet, um Wunden zu schliessen. Würde aber trotzdem vom Gebrauch von Sekundenkleber abraten, kann problematisch sein.
Pflaster oder Verband ist auf jeden Fall besser als Sprühpflaster. Hält Schmutz oder sonstige mechanische Einwirkungen besser ab, Schnitte besser zusammen und kann problemlos entfernt oder gewechselt werden, z.B. wenn man über Nacht mal Luft dran lassen will oder wenn ein Arzt noch einen Blick drauf werfen soll.
Zu solchen Sachen würde ich nur im Notfall greifen, wenn kein richtiges Verbandszeug zur Verfügung steht.

P.S: Wenn ein Pflaster mal nicht richtig hält und ein zusätzlicher Verband unangebracht ist, verklebe ich die Enden auch gerne mit Pattex. Natürlich nur die Klebeflächen und nicht die Wundauflage.

keines von beiden, ich nehme wundwatte und zwar vom wollgras, oder auch spitz und breitwegerich, das ich zerkaue und dann mit meinem speichel auf die blutende wunde lege. wenns aufgehört hat zu bluten ist es ohnehin besser, die wunde offen zu lassen, weil sie schneller heilt. ich geb dann ganz dick und fett, selbstgemachte ringelblumencreme drauf und fertig.
